The Mobile Fun Unit is a 10-week program that visits 7 sites per week with a themed mini-camp - offering youth 3 and up a very low-cost opportunity for safe and healthy fun.&lt;/P&gt;

    <description>&lt;P&gt;NEON is a 501(c)3 non-profit rural health collaborative of providers, agencies and community members in Union, Baker and Wallowa counties. NEON&#39;s mission is to create a network focused on meeting the diverse helath needs of rural communities. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;NEON Annual Mini Grants ($1000 per county)&amp;nbsp;support health promotion activities administered through local community efforts with the hopes of strengthening the sustainability of those projects for future years. Applicants must be non-profits among other criteria. Applications accepted though April 30, 2010 with decisions made and applicants notified&amp;nbsp;no later than May 20th.&lt;/P&gt;

    <description>&lt;P&gt;As part of &lt;STRONG&gt;Union County Walk to School Day on April 22&lt;/STRONG&gt;, many area schools are coordinating walking school buses and/or short walks to recognize the day. Adult volunteers interested in the health and fitness of kids are welcome!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Greenwood Elementary in La Grande School District - Short walk(s) prior to start of school day. 541-663-3580&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Island City Elementary in La Grande School District - Short walk prior to start of school day. 541-663-3270&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Cove - Walking School Bus after school. Meet in the alley between the school and gym at 3:40pm.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;North Powder - Meet in front of the school after Elementary release at 3:05 for short walk and/or Walking School Bus.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Union - Meet on playground at 3:30pm for short walk and/or Walking School Bus.&lt;/P&gt;
